The REGAIN Account Representative helps drive the vision and strategy for the REGAIN Thailand region and plays a major role in its growth. The Account Representative works with key members of the management team, including the company president, to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing, branding, communications and sales strategy to increase REGAIN Thailand business, including its wholesale distribution as well as a potential new company retail store in Thailand.

This individual is responsible for directing marketing and sales policies, objectives and initiatives that directly contribute to delivering REGAIN Thailand’s sales and profitability targets.

The target focus for strategy and execution will be on the Thailand market, although some amount of time will be spent collaborating on the strategic direction of Regain International.

The Account Representative must be an enthusiastic, driven, experienced employee with a “hands-on” approach and “can-do” attitude. He or she must be a responsible, motivating, organized person who is capable of excelling in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.


  • Reports directly to the president/founder of LULA 101 (U.S.) and REGAIN in the execution of duties
  • Collaborates with LULA 101 team, including its Chief Executive Officer and Operations Manager
  • Collaborates with management at REGAIN Hong Kong and REGAIN Philippines

The Role and Responsibilities


  • Provide customer service to existing accounts
  • Develop new accounts to expand market shares for Lula brands
  • Collect orders, including but not limited to ATS, seasonal pre-books and special make-up (SMU)
  • Analyze sales data, economic indicators and customer data to develop sales strategies for key markets
  • Evaluate current accounts and realign if necessary to effectively accomplish sales goals
  • Investigate and report on gray market and black market sales of our brands
  • Set up booths, increase direct retail sales and inventory control at Siam Discovery for Lula’s brands
  • Set up account with Zalora online store to increase direct retail sales and inventory control for Lula’s brands 


  • Identify influential Thai social, sport and lifestyle ambassadors to spread our brands’ stories
  • Coordinate product-seeding efforts and ensure ambassadors are actively promoting the brand

Digital & Social Media

  • Manage social media updates for Instagram, Facebook, Blog, etc. to build up content and increase self-marketing power
  • Participate in local, industry and tradeshow events, ensuring the brand and product messages are communicated
  • Collaborate with our regional REGAIN International partners on planning and coordination in order to position the region and its product and service offerings towards target goal achievement

Financial and Administration

  • Help Lula accountant collect payment and prevent bad debt
  • Provide monthly direct retail sales report
  • Regular customer service
  • Update weekly Trello report



  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business or related field; or equivalent on-the-job experience
  • Must be fluent in Thai and English languages (speaking AND writing)
  • 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B and B2C in fashion/apparel industry
  • Solid skills in writing, including press releases, blogs, ad copy and Web copy
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work on concurrent projects
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and strategic-planning skills
  • Knowledge of using Excel for data analysis
  • Demonstrated experience in the development of positioning strategies and the use of market research
  • Public speaking skills
  • Solid knowledge of sales and marketing practices and strategies with an emphasis on client acquisition and retention
  • Self-motivated and able manage projects from inception through to completion


  • Apparel, shoes and accessories retail experience is highly desirable; especially in the areas of streetwear and lifestyle brands
  • Basic expertise in Digital Marketing/Social Media is preferred
  • eCommerce marketing experience, including familiarity with Google AdWords and Analytics
  • Experience working within an international organization / within international teams
